Mum and Baby Circuit Class.

  • Our mum and baby circuit class is a great way to get back into pre-pregnancy shape with low impact exercises that focus on strengthening muscle and improving stamina.
  • After warming up we use a variety of equipment such as kettle bells, weights, medicine balls, trx, battle ropes and punch bags, every session is different. There are options for exercises throughout the class if you need to pick up your baby but still want to keep working, otherwise baby can play on the blanket or stay sleeping in the buggy.
  • We have room for buggies but please be aware there's 2 flights of stairs to access the gym. Classes are 60 mins, Mondays and Fridays 11am-12pm
