1 hour circuit class for Mums with babies, designed to strengthen the body after pregnancy and birth.

Buggy parking available but please note there are 2 flights of stairs!
Please make sure you’ve had your 6 week check up and Dr has given you the all clear to start exercise (at least 8 weeks for C section)
